Return Process

  Log in to your Anrdre account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label from our portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
